The "I Am a Hero Games" are track and field meets in which children with special needs have the opportunity to participate in a variety of events such as 50m run, 100m run, baseball throw, standing long jump, and ball kick. Several times a year, Taiwan Sunshine partners with parents, schools, and community organizations to host these events.  Each athlete has a "buddy" volunteer to encourage them and help them to complete the events, if necessary.    Please see our gallery and introductory video below for more information.
