使命 :
台北市恩美協會成立是為要支持和鼓勵這些有特殊需要子女的家庭。
核心價值 :
與生俱來的價值: 我們相信所有的孩童都有與生俱來的價值，因為他們是被上帝所造，按著祂的形象，為著特定的目的來榮耀祂。他們的價值並不取決於體能或心智上的能力。
家庭導向: 我們相信家庭是每一位特殊需要孩童最主要的支持單位，所以強調家庭整體的需要。
以社區為中心: 我們志在建立、裝備與支持社區組織和機構一起來關懷有特殊需要孩子的家庭。我們相信最終的目標是要落實在以當地社區為主體，並鼓勵個人、機構與教會共同參與的架構下。
Mission:
Taiwan Sunshine exists to support and encourage families that have children with special needs in Taiwan.
Core Values:
Intrinsic Value: We believe that all children have intrinsic value because they are created by God, in His image, for a specific purpose that will honor Him. Their value does not depend on what their physical or mental abilities are.
Family Oriented: We believe that the family is the core support unit for each child with special needs and focus on the needs of the entire family.
Community Centered: We aim to build, equip, and support communities and organizations to embrace and include families and children that have special needs. We believe that our goals are best accomplished when they are addressed in the context of a local community and encourage the involvement of individuals, organizations and churches.
